  • Our artworks are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Average time frames for production and shipping is 14 business days worldwide. However, this will vary depending on your location and product, with more accurate delivery timeframes calculated at time of checkout. While we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with shipping carriers, which are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods or in the event of unexpected circumstances. See our shipping policy for more information.

  • Given the size of our prints, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery. Alternatively, you can always arrange delivery to your company or work address.

  • While we hope this never happens, in the event that your artwork has been damaged in transit or misprinted, we’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange a full refund. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at gday@zedcostudio.com.au within 7 days with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your receipt/proof of purchase and any other details you may have. This helps us understand what went wrong, and to help prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Please see our returns policy for more information.
