1. What is a Giclée print?
The word “Giclée” is French for “sprayed ink.” Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions.
2. Are your artworks mass-produced?
No, each piece is made to order and available in a limited quantity of 50 per size and frame option. Once sold out, the file is permanently deleted, ensuring that the artwork is no longer available for purchase.
3. Do you do custom designs or sizes?
Yes, we’re happy to explore creating a custom artwork design for you or assist with printing one of our available designs in a specific size not listed on the website. For further details, please contact us at gday@zedcostudio.com.au and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our artworks are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Average time frames for production and shipping is 14 business days worldwide. However, this will vary depending on your location and product, with more accurate delivery timeframes calculated at time of checkout. While we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with shipping carriers, which are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods or in the event of unexpected circumstances. 5. Do you ship to PO boxes?
Given the size of our prints, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery. Alternatively, you can always arrange delivery to your company or work address.
6. What happens if a product is damaged in transit or my order is incorrect?
While we hope this never happens, in the event that your artwork has been damaged in transit or misprinted, we’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange a full refund. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at gday@zedcostudio.com.au within 7 days with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your receipt/proof of purchase and any other details you may have. This helps us understand what went wrong, and to help prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 7. Do you exchange prints or refund due to change of mind?
Our prints are custom-made to order for you. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or if the wrong item was chosen by mistake.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. We also have Afterpay, so you can shop now and pay later.

1. Where and when are your sessions held?
For outdoor sessions, I have several favourite spots to choose from, although I'm also happy to work with you if you already have a preferred location in mind (additional travel costs may apply). The ideal time for these photos is during the 'golden hour,' which is about an hour before sunset. I also offer sessions at your home or business at a time that works best for you.
2. Can I bring all of my extended family to a family shoot? Can I bring my dog?
Family shoots are generally for up to 5 people. Please give me a heads up if you want to bring additional extended family members so I can factor this into the time and cost of your shoot. Furbabies are family and are welcome.
3. What should I wear? Do you offer a wardrobe?
I want these photos to be uniquely YOU. So, I don’t offer a wardrobe as I want you to wear something you feel comfortable in & that expresses your personal style rather than following a trend. Wear what you want to wear!
4. What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule my shoot? What if I’m sick or its bad weather?
Generally, booking fees for photography sessions are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, depending on the circumstances (such as illness or bad weather), I’m happy to reschedule your shoot and transfer your booking fee/payments to the new session. If you’re unable to attend due to sickness, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your shoot for a mutually convenient time. In cases of severe weather conditions that would prevent the session from taking place, I will reschedule at no extra charge. However, keep in mind that the weather doesn’t have to be perfect to capture great shots. If the forecast looks uncertain, I’ll reach out in the days leading up to your shoot to discuss our plan.
5. Do you offer prints or digital files?
All packages include your photographs as digital files provided for download via an Online Gallery. I highly recommend professional printing of your photos and offer both high quality prints and/or wall art options (see price list).
6. Is there an option to purchase all unedited photos taken from the day?
The final photographs provided to you are the best of the best and all professionally retouched to the highest standard. For quality control, I do not provide unedited/raw images.
7. How and when do I pay?
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking date. Full payment of the session (minus the booking fee) is required 48 hrs prior to the booking date. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, cash or bank transfer.
8. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, just reach out at gday@zedcostudio.com.au & I’ll arrange a gift certificate for the desired value or service. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

1. What kind of source photos do I need to send through?
What I need specifically for source photos;
Six (in total) dedicated, clear, sharp, high-resolution selfies where your face is clearly visible with flat, bright and even lighting (no rough or harsh shadows, – think natural light where we can see you clearly). This includes
Three selfies; One facing forward, then One turning left, then One turning to your right. NO smiles in these three please.
Then three more selfies exactly the same, except you can smile in these ones.
Lastly, please include an additional at LEAST TWELVE of your absolute BEST recent photos of yourself from your camera roll. These images give me a nice visual reference and context of what you actually look like in real life. These images can be from any angle and lighting conditions, basically any photo of yourself where you think you look a-bit-of-alright!
2. What are some tips for taking good source photos?
The quality of the finished piece heavily depends on the source photos I receive. Here's some handy tips to get the best results for your Ai Powered portrait;
First, make sure your source photos are clear (avoid uploading a blurry photo for processing)
Secondly, make sure there is only one face in the photo.
Ensure the photos are taken square on, in front of view, not covered by things like hands or other objects. Please no super crazy high, low or wide angles.
For the BEST results please NO effects-filters (makeup is totally fine)
NO bangs, glasses or sunglasses.
If your source photos you send aren’t suitable, I may need to reach out for additional images.
3. I’m not confident on the source photos I have, can you take some for me?
Absolutely! If you need to book in a quick session for me to take source photos, then please book a discovery call. I can travel within 30 mins of the Greater Hobart area and the cost is $150 (session is 30 mins duration). However, if you book a traditional photography package with an Ai powered portrait upgrade, I will take source photos as part of your session, free of charge.
4. What other information do you need?
Once you book, I will ask you to complete a short on-boarding questionnaire that includes details such as your age, eye colour, and more. The more information I have, the better I can generate images that closely resemble you. The on-boarding questionnaire allows you to specify which characters and genres you would like to be portrayed in. This is also your chance to specify any features or special requests you’d like me to adjust, for example, do you want to look a bit younger or want “a bit of work done?” Let me know and I’ll see what I can do!!
5. What if the photos don’t look like me 100%?
These services involve creative and technological processes, including AI, to generate images in your likeness. While the images should be quite close, they are not a 100% accurate representation of you due to the nature of their creation. The software may also produce some varied results, and the outcomes are heavily dependent on the quality of the source photos provided. Additionally, some creative liberties will be taken to transform these images into statement pieces. That said, I provide an Online Gallery with multiple images and versions for you to review, allowing you to select only the ones you love the most for final editing, retouching and purchase.
6. What if I don’t like my results, do you offer redo's?
Rather than providing you with the final images, I generate multiple low-res images and allow you to select the best ones from your Online Gallery. This way you only select and end up paying for those images that you love! Although very unlikely, if you aren’t happy with any of the images at all, I can create further images for you to choose from but this will incur an additional fee. I will also get you to send through more source photos as the final results are heavily dependent on the quality of reference material provided.
7. I love all the images you’ve generated!! Can I purchase additional images from what is included in my package?
Definitely! Additional images are $80 each, but if you order multiple images – bulk discounts are available:

8. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, just reach out at gday@zedcostudio.com.au & I’ll arrange a gift certificate for the desired value or service. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Alternatively, if you can get me some source photos of your loved one/s, then I can generate their images directly from you and you can give the finished products as an amazing and truly unique gift!

2. What information will you need from me during the on-boarding process?
I will chat to you directly about your business, brand & your unique vision. I will also get you to send through some visual materials (ie a mood board or inspiration) to help communicate your vision in regards to style, theme and tone of your imagery.
3. How is the content delivered?
All content is provided as digital files for download via an Online Gallery.
4. What if I don’t like the results, do you offer redo's?
Whilst unlikely, however art is subjective so if the creative content doesn’t quite align exactly with your specific vision, rounds of changes can be made for an additional fee. If this is the case, we will spend additional time discussing ideas and concept planning, and I may request additional visual materials so that we can make it perfect for you!
