RETURNS POLICY

At ZedCo. Studio, we are committed to providing you with high-quality artwork. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival.

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your item upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gday@zedcostudio.com.au.

  2. Provide Proof: When reaching out, include photos of the item to help us assess the issue accurately.

  3. Return Authorisation: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Once the return is approved, we will provide a replacement and ship the item back to you, free of charge. If you prefer, you can also choose to receive a refund, and this will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or if the wrong item was chosen by mistake.
