Standard Delivery Service - FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Shipping times vary depending on location and product, and this will be calculated at time of checkout. However average time frame for production and shipping is 14 business days. Free shipping Australia-wide.

International Delivery Service

Shipping is available worldwide, with price calculated depending on product and location. We strive to maintain average turnaround times for delivery within 14 days worldwide, however this an estimate only and more accurate delivery timelines will be provided at checkout

Standard Delivery Service

Standard Shipping times for prints is generally up to 7 working days nationwide. Shipping costs dependant on products & your location and are calculated on request.  Delivery will be via a tracked standard freight carrier, selected based on package size and your location.

Production and shipping times of wall art options are variable and are calculated on request.


Express Post Service

For prints via Express Post within Australia, nationwide turnaround times are 1-2 working days. Price calculated on request depending on package size and your location. To work out the delivery estimates for your area please visit the Australia Post – Postage delivery times page.

International Delivery Service

For International Delivery, shipping times for prints vary (see below). Price calculated on request depending on package size and your location.

  • NZ: 10-16 business days

  • Asia Pacific/USA/Europe: 10-28 business days

  • Everywhere else: 14-30 days

Production and shipping times of wall art options are variable and are calculated on request.

General

Process for Delivery 

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • Please ensure all contact details and delivery information are correct at the time of purchase to avoid delays.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

  • Available tracking information will be sent to you via email once your prints have been packaged and are ready for shipment.

Note

While we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with shipping carriers, which are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods or in the event of unexpected circumstances.

Complaints

In the event that your artwork or prints have arrived in poor condition (defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect), please photograph the damaged packaging / products and contact us as soon as possible at gday@zedcostudio.com.au.
